Returns & Refunds
Please choose carefully as we don’t accept refunds for any change of mind orders.
An exchange will be considered upon review if the item is damaged or faulty due to manufacturing fault. Please email us with images at sales@imanahcollection.com
Personalised pieces will not be refunded and changes cannot be made once we have started our designing process and production.
We work very closely with our designers and manufacturing team to ensure we create you high quality pieces. Please be patient with us while we resolve any issues there may be.
Faulty Items
At Imanah Collection we always check the quality and design of each item prior to sending it out to our customers. If we find a faulty item in stock during packaging we replace before sending, however mistakes can occur if we have a major influx of orders to get through. If you believe your items are faulty or have broken, you may be eligible for a refund, exchange or repair depending on the outcome of review. Proof of purchase is needed/order number
- Proof of faulty items, sent back to our return address, which will be sent to you via email once we’ve assessed your images and your eligible for a repair/refund/exchange.

Broken Items
If any of your pieces have broken, please send us an email with your images and concerns. We will then review the order and images and respond with the outcome. If we believe your eligible for a free repair we will ask you to send back your item to our mailing address once you receive an email with the outcome. Shipping to us will be paid by customer.
Once we receive the item, repairs can take up to 5-10 business days. We will then send it back to you free of charge.
Product Warranty
We are pleased to offer our customers a 6 month warranty on most Imanah products. In the event you find your item is carrying a manufacturer fault, we welcome you to send your items back to us for assessment provided the purchase was made online and is accompanied by an itemised receipt. Should you not have your original receipt, we will make all attempts to locate it for you providing you have a bank statement or know the exact date and location of purchase.
In the event your purchase has been assessed to be carrying a manufacturer fault, we may repair, replace or refund you. We are unable to repair damage, return or exchange an item caused by regular wear and tear or misuse.
Product Quality
Imanah Collection pieces are either 316L stainless steel or 925 sterling silver as stated on each product page, if there are no descriptions feel free to email us for accurate description
